DESCRIPTION
South somerset land mark pub/hotel, derelict for 17 years Grade II listed – The bell Hotel- Curry Rivel. It’s been successfully converted in 5 houses and 2 flats all self-contained with own parking and individual gardens, Contemporary from inside and very traditional (maintaining Grade II needs and regulation) outlook externally. Again, fully rented out, project was bought in 2017 and turned around in 15 months, working in co-ordination with senior conservation officer (south somerset council- Gregg Vann)
